# ARDK 3.x templates?

I’m really missing the Lightship Hub Templates in the new ARDK 3.x !

It seems the AR Camera setup is different now and I have a hard time figuring out how to even setup a simple object placement scene.

Strangely enough, even in the documentation’s How-To section, there are no simple how-tos of the type How to place an Object or Add an Anchor, etc.

Do you have an ETA of when simple scenes like Object Placement will be added in the Samples repo?

Hi Manos,

Thank you for your feedback! I’ve made a note of it so hopefully we can have some templates in Lightship Hub for ARDK 3. Hi Manos, sorry for self promotion but on my Youtube channel I got some videos on the ARDK3. There will be a tutorial about live meshing a bit later today, I also got a tutorial on simple placement with plane detection. Other tutorials will follow soon 🙂
