# Geo-Location AR without VPS

Hi there!
I am part of a small dev-team, creating an AR game where players need to see and find markers placed by us (our backend) at lat/long coordinates. We plan to ship this product in a rural and mountainous region in Austria, therefore we will not be able to include your VPS features.
In the search for some information about geolocating markers I found this old post ([Is there Geo located AR?](https://community.nianticspatial.com/t/is-there-geo-located-ar/481), nov 21), and wanted to ask if there is already/going to be a feature enabling GPS locations in Unity/Lightship?
If you could help me/my team and point us in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated!
