# I have been unable to successfully install the Lightship SDK

I am writing to address an issue I’ve encountered with the Unity platform. Unfortunately, due to the unavailability of the Unity URL, I have been unable to successfully install the Lightship SDK. Despite attempting to import the Lightship ARDK using a Zip file, only components other than the essential SDK have been visible.

This discrepancy has hindered my progress in utilizing the full capabilities of the Lightship platform. I am particularly concerned about the absence of the crucial SDK elements necessary for my project development.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Any guidance or alternative solutions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

May I know what you mean by the “Unity URL”? Are you also able to provide screenshots of the SDK components that are visible to you?
