# Is there support available?

_Using the scaniverse app on Android I seem to have got stuck in “new” mode. I tried to swap to classic " but it just doesn’t work. I even tried to signed up a new account using a different email address but it won’t work._

Trouble is, I have a GORGEOUS scan of an article that is only exposed at low tide, and I wanted to add it to the map to share it publicly. As I say, it’s only available twice a day and I’ll be at the other end of the country by tomorrow afternoon.

How can I migrate the data I have created to the " classic" map.

Hi Charles,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately there’s no way to transfer scans between the New and Classic versions, they’re separate from each other. I apologize for the inconvenience. You can export the splat to share in 3rd party websites, but unfortunately it can’t be transferred to Classic.
