# Shared location with Peer Pose

Description of the issue:

Hi, some time ago I made a Lightship game where we would sync the host and guest using a shared feature location. Does this feature still exist? Can users scan something interesting around them?

I think it was called “Peer Pose” before.

Or can we only use VPS and Image scan these days?

Hello; thanks for reaching out! Lightship’s ARDK offers their Shared AR feature, which allows you to connect multiple users together in a room with VPS. This might be what you are looking for, and you can read more about it [here](https://lightship.dev/docs/ardk/features/shared_ar/).

Could you explain more about what you mean by “scan something”?

Thanks for the reply.

In previous versions of ARDK before VPS, we could initiate a shared location by creating shared geometric data between devices and using that for the anchor. Does this feature still exist?

As of right now, the only methods available for Shared AR co location are [VPS](https://lightship.dev/docs/ardk/how-to/vps/tooling/create_vps_activated_location/) and [Image tracking](https://lightship.dev/docs/ardk/how-to/shared_ar/use_image_tracking_colocalization/).
