_Include the following details while filing a bug report (edit as applicable):_ - **Platform category** : Scaniverse app / desktop web - **Device Model & OS version** : Samsung S25 Android 16 / Win11 - **NSDK or Scaniverse version** :5.2.0 Bug reproduction steps: I have tried to generate assets from scans on my S25 and also on the desktop web version. I have tried 2 different scans. Both times it will start and run to generate the asset, but then after some hours, once finished, I get a message that says ' **There was a problem loading the 3D assets.** Please refresh or try again later. If issue persists, try generating a new version of this asset.’ As I have tried twice already and am using up my credits, so I’m hoping for support to get it running. Thanks ---

Hi Lee, I apologize for the delay. Could you provide the names of these sites that are failing to generate assets to look into? I tried replicating the issue on my end but was unable to replicate it. ---

Hi Lee, Could you give me one or two Sites that does have its 3D asset loading in the view port? I want to compare on our end to see if I find any differences. ---
