Hello, Thanks for reaching out. I’ll have a look into this and get back to you as soon as possible. I did want to ask, when scanning are you doing so while the phone is folded or fully open? It shouldn’t cause a difference, but I wanted to see if you can test both ways out in case you haven’t. ---

I did try unfolded. The app only knows the one size of screen but yes I did try both. I will add that to the post. ---

At the moment there’s no other testing needed on your end. I have noted this bug to our team though so they’re aware of it I just don’t have a timeline for when a fix would be released. ---

Ok thank you. I would understand the app not knowing about the expansion of the phone / fold, but it cannot even take scans with the phone closed up ☹ I look forward to an update/fix soon so I can use for scans. Thank you
