A transparent shader that can receive light as well as shadows in URP

The title says it all really - has anybody come across this in Unity URP? - a transparent shader which can also pick up light from Spot and Point lights? -
I had such a shader working in Standard pipeline but am struggling to get the same functionality now i’m switching it to URP.
