I have 3 overlapping 360 videos of the Leaning Tower of Pisa and neighbouring buildings. Each video is longer than 5 minutes. What, if any, workflow will help me produce a single combined 3DGS, preferably using Niantic.

Thanks for the question. At the moment, there is not a supported workflow in Scaniverse to combine multiple 360 videos into a single 3D Gaussian Splat.
Right now, one 360 camera scan produces one Gaussian Splat asset, so if you split a long capture into smaller clips, each clip would still need to be processed separately and would result in separate outputs rather than one merged 3DGS.
For 360 uploads, Scaniverse Web currently supports duration-limited videos depending on plan tier, with Plus limited to up to 5-minute videos.
If your goal is one combined reconstruction of a larger area, the supported option today is regular mobile scanning, where multiple overlapping scans in the same Site can be combined during processing. That multi-scan combine flow does not currently apply to 360 camera scans.
