Large space scan and reconstruction

The room space is like this. But when I scanned the whole space and uploaded it to the server. I just get the mesh like this.

There will be a lot of empty holes in the mesh and the whole space will be split into several parts. I have met this problem several times. I used Scaniverse to scan the space.
