Mesh not displaying

Wayspot Cochrane Park Gates
Location 56.152887, -3.810091

The mesh for “Cochrane Park Gates” is not displaying in the geospatial browser despite multiple activations.

When viewed in Scaniverse the mesh appears upside down. I have reported this in the Scaniverse app however no changes.

I have added new scans and reactivated more than once, however the issue remains. Are you able to remove the upside down scans (appeared during the corrupt android scanning issue) and display the mesh ?

Hello,

I’m sorry for the delay in replying back to you. We’ve recently noticed there was an issue with our replies not actually reaching users on the community forums and unfortunately yours was one of the posts that flew under the radar.

The Geospatial Browser has actually been decommissioned recently.

If you’ve finished working on your project using NSDK 3.x, it can remain on 3.17 (please make sure to update to 3.17 if you’re using an older version) which is the last version of 3.x and will receive support until February 2027. Projects that are still being worked on but have all their POIs scanned and finalized can also remain on 3.17. Developers are also free to upgrade their projects to NSDK 4 if they fall into any of these categories.

For projects that have not had all their POIs scanned, they will need to be migrated to NSDK 4 since the remainder of the POIs will not be scannable via the old method anymore.

Lastly, despite the continued support for 3.17, any new projects should be targeting NSDK 4.
