VPS activation fail despite good looking scans

I tried emailing support(support@lightship.dev) but got a bounce invalid email..

Despite the scans we did in the GSB within Scaniverse looking really good compared to a previous VPS that we activated, it still failed after like 12 hours of processing.

Details: New(2024) Permanent installation within a public library

What can we do next? We are using this VPS within 8thwall studio.

Hi, was there a reason why the first activation failed? Will try to avoid repeating the same mistake if it is something that I can prevent from my end.
