I have been attempting to activate overclock on several ingress portals, but I cannot improve the VPS quality from Fair to Good in order to do so. I have two way points with 30-40 scans and one with 74 quality scans in various lighting conditions. I was very thorough with the scans being well over the minimum frame requirement. I just uploaded another 15 scans and attempted reactivation, but the quality is once again only showing Fair and the mesh (which was quite detailed and complete) does not display at all now. Looking for some help here.
Lightship
Scans submitted in combination of ingress in app scans and through scaniverse
Multiple users submitted scans all using ios devices with latest versions of ios.
The primary one is
United Church Of Fairfax VT” 44.665, -73.008
It has an amazing looking mesh, but then disappeared after the 50th scan out so and no longer displays.
I’ve also had a difficult time with these two as well though.

“Fairfax Post Office” 44.657, -73.009

Regarding your report about being unable to Overclock at these locations, we would like to share an important update. As of March 11, 2026, the Overclock feature has been retired in Ingress.
While you may still see options for VPS activation or scanning within the Lightship and Niantic ecosystems, the ability to perform Overclock hacks within the Ingress Scanner is no longer available.
