VPS quality is low

I have scanned several of my Wayspots multiple times at different times of day (with intervals of more than 5 hours between scans), but the scan quality still doesn’t improve. The system also doesn’t provide any specific reason for the low scan quality.
If the issue is related to lighting conditions, that might be difficult to resolve, my city rarely gets sunlight during autumn and winter, so lighting conditions remain quite similar across different times of the day. In addition, most Wayspots don’t have enough illumination at night for proper scanning.
Could anybody please help determine the specific reason why the scan quality can’t be improved? Thanks very much!

Hi there,

We reviewed your locations and all of them appear to be of adequate quality for activation. They were affected by a visual bug that is displaying an inaccurate quality level. However, it looks like you’re an Ingress player. Scans you submit to Ingress shouldn’t be impacted by this bug, and you should be able to submit them without an issue.
