Bug reproduction steps:
I’m trying to simply upload my 360 videofile, exported from Insta360 Studio as Mp4 (because it’s a X3). However, scaniverse web keeps just showing “Reading file…” without much web traffic happening (I have the web inspector open).
Safari 26.4 on MacOS 26.4.1…
Any other ways to upload a video?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble uploading your 360 video. Can you confirm that you’re using the H.264 or H.265 encoding?

I can’t provide the video due to size and private spaces (offices) but these were the export settings basically in the insta360 studio

Hey I tried in Chrome on MacOS instead of Safari and the upload works there. Typical some Safari bug I suppose
