Add scans button is disable on scaniverse

Description of the issue:
Hi, I added a point on the VPS map that is public but not yet activated. I uploaded 10 scans of the statue through scaniverse by uploading the splat scan to map. Now I wanted to link the scans to the point I created on the map and connected using the QR code. When I am in scaniverse and I am inside the details of the point on the map, the addscans button is disabled. How can I link all 10 scans I made to the same desired point in VPS?

Hi Anat,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble adding scans to your POI. The scans you perform from the in-app Geospatial Browser prompts are different than the ones you perform from the main screen of Scaniverse, so you cannot link scans you’ve created from outside the Geospatial Browser to a location later on.

In order to get to the bottom of this, I will need some more information. Could you provide the Location ID or coordinates for the POI you’re trying to add scans to? Are you able to add scans to other existing POIs nearby?
