Bug reproduction steps:
I’m experiencing a repeatable processing issue with Scaniverse on my Samsung Galaxy A37.
During capture, tracking appears to work correctly. The captured points are visible and appear to represent the geometry of the scene reasonably well.
When processing a Gaussian Splat, Scaniverse reports that processing has completed successfully, but no model appears. If I export the resulting .ply, it contains approximately 10,000 splats for a ~20-second test scan. Opening this file in SuperSplat results in a very large grey sphere rather than the captured scene, and rendering the sphere causes severe slowdown in SuperSplat.
I am also experiencing failures when processing scans as meshes, even though capture and tracking appear to complete normally.
The issue is repeatable across short test scans.
