Stuck after migration "Something went wrong!"

Include the following details (edit as applicable):

After migrating my account, I got a “Migration successful” message, but I was sent to a page with an error.

I’m unable to use the scaniverse web page, I’ve tried with different browsers and even in incognito mode.

Please help me to continue using scaniverse.

Hi Fernando,

Apologies for the delay. I’ll ask our team to look into this. I did just want to confirm if you’re still running into this issue since I’m getting back to you about a week after.

Yes, this is still an issue. Going into the default scaniverse.nianticspatial.com website while logged in, results in the screenshot above. Also logging in from a brand new device/browser/incognito results in the same screen.

This was immediately after an account migration from lightship.

Hi Fernando,

Thank you for your patience. We’ve addressed this on our end, can you try logging in again to see if you’re able to do so now?

I can now use the page, but was there no Scans migrated? Do I just upload the Zips from the Scans I was using?

Hi Fernando,

Were these scans uploaded into the Geospatial Browser back when lightship.dev was still live?

Hi Fernando,

Checking in on this again.

Hello! yes I was using specific scans from the geospatial browser, scans that someone else made for me with a QR I provided.

I have the Zips and they still work with the legacy API at the moment.

Got it. So the scans had to be uploaded with your lightship developer account to the Geospatial Browser in order to migrate them into the new Scaniverse. If the scans were created by someone else they won’t migrate to your Scaniverse account. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Fernando,

Checking in to ask if you have any other questions at this moment.
