I’m trying to migrate my account and scans to the new web platform. However, when I click ‘Transfer Scans’ in the Scaniverse app, it says the account was not found, so my scans aren’t showing up on the new platform.
The transfer is for old Lightship developer portal accounts migrating over to the new Scaniverse portal so only the scans that were created in those developer portals on the Geospatial Browser get migrated. The scans that were created in the Scaniverse app before this new update (now referred to as Scaniverse Classic) cannot be transfered over to the New Scaniverse.
